I work with companies that need senior financial leadership without the fixed cost of a full-time CFO. I act as a fractional CFO in Madrid supporting management teams with reporting, control and decision-making.
My role is not limited to analysis: I build the financial structure management needs to operate, from reporting systems to internal processes and decision frameworks.
My background spans manufacturing, food distribution, industrial operations and cross-border structures. I also design financial reporting systems connected to ERP and Power BI to give management real visibility.
